Neighbourhood

This home is located in an unparalleled setting—right in the heart of Torrevieja and on the frontline. Just steps away, you’ll find some of the best restaurants in the area, such as China Town (the first Chinese restaurant established in Torrevieja in 1984, run by a Chinese-Spanish couple, known for its excellent service and quality products for over 40 years), Beet (vegetarian), El Charro Negro (Mexican restaurant), and Porthus (by Charro Negro), among others. Only 300 meters away, at the Marina Salinas port in Torrevieja, you’ll also find nightlife venues.

Transport

If you are walking: Right in front, you will find the Port of Torrevieja, where ferry excursions to Tabarca Island are offered. There are also establishments such as Ociomar, which offer fishing trips. If you continue along Paseo de la Libertad, you will reach the Dique de Levante, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views—perfect for photography and capturing memories. This pier leads to Rest. Bar El Isla, specializing in fried seafood and tapas. Parallel to the Dique de Levante, after passing the Fishermen’s Market, you will find the entrance to Marina Salinas, home to several nightlife venues. Beyond the pier, Paseo de la Libertad continues, marked by the Monument to the Man of the Sea. This rocky coastline has access points for swimming next to the so-called "natural pools" and, further along, Playa del Cura. If you continue your coastal walk, you can reach Playa de los Locos (15 minutes on foot from Vistalegre Sea Views). If you go by car and prefer more space, we recommend Playa de la Mata, known for its dunes and wide beaches.
